Add the Path Component to Engagement Interactions

To make the path assistant available to users, add the Path component to the engagement interaction record page.

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App Builder and then select Lightning App Builder.
2. Edit the record page for Engagement Interaction.
3. Drag the Path component to the desired area in the page editor.
4. Save and activate your changes.
