Profilkortet (ContactCenterforHealthCloudProfileCard) viser grundlæggende oplysninger, f.eks. navn og alder og kontaktoplysninger.
Medlemsplankortet Flex giver oplysninger om patientens forsikringsplaner. Medlemsplanens flexkort består af to flexkort:
HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanList: Indsamler alle et medlems forsikringsplaner. Dette er et overordnet kort, hvorunder HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanDetail er indbygget.
HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanDetail: Indeholder oplysninger om hver medlemsplan, herunder de gældende start- og slutdatoer, medlemsnummeret og udstedernummeret.
