Yhteyskeskuksessa profiilikortti ja jäsensuunnitelman joustavat kortit tarjoavat nopean yhteenvedon jäsenten tiedoista ja vakuutussuunnitelman tiedoista. Tilitietuesivun yhteyskeskuksen tietuesivun asettelu sisältää jo nämä Flex-kortit.

Profiilikortti (ContactCenterforHealthCloudProfileCard) näyttää perustietoja, kuten nimen ja iän sekä yhteystiedot.
Member Plan Flexcard tarjoaa tietoja potilaan vakuutussuunnitelmista. Member Plan Flexcard koostuu kahdesta Flex-kortista:
HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanList: Kerää yhteen kaikki jäsenen vakuutussuunnitelmat. Tämä on ylätason kortti, jonka alla HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanDetail on sisäkkäin.
HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanDetail: Sisältää tietoja kustakin jäsensuunnitelmasta, mukaan lukien voimassa olevat alkamis- ja päättymispäivät, jäsenen numeron ja myöntäjän numeron.
