Flexkortet för medlemsplan ger information om patientens försäkringsplaner. Medlemsplanens Flexkort består av två Flexkort:
HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanList: Sammanställer alla en medlems försäkringsplaner. Detta är ett överordnat kort som HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanDetail är kapslat under.
HealthCloudContactCenterMemberPlanDetail: Innehåller information om varje medlemsplan, inklusive giltiga start- och slutdatum, medlemsnummer och utfärdarnummer.
