При создании предупреждения о записи во вкладке «Предупреждения о записи» посредством средства запуска приложений компонент «Предупреждения» отображает уведомление в контактном центре. Компонент «Предупреждения» является Flexcard под названием ServiceExcellenceGenericAlertCard.
