I Inställningar, i rutan Snabbsökning, skriv Profiler och klicka sedan på Profiler.
Klicka på Klona bredvid profilen Standardanvändare.
Lägg till ett profilnamn. Till exempel Kontaktcenteranvändare.
Klicka på Redigera och gå till Standardobjektbehörigheter.
Ge åtkomsten Läs, Skapa och Redigera för objekten Engagemangsinteraktion, Engagemangsämne, Engagemangsdeltagare och Postvarning.
Spara dina ändringar.
Tilldela profilen till kontaktcenteragenten.
I Inställningar, i rutan Snabbsökning, skriv Användare och klicka sedan på Användare.
Klicka på Redigera bredvid kontaktcenteragentens namn.
I Profil, välj den profil du skapade genom att klona standardanvändarprofilen.
Spara dina ändringar.
