Health Cloud 다음과 같은 이벤트 유형을 제공합니다. 출생, 졸업, 직업, 결혼, 재배치, 자동차, 집, 아기, 진단, 은퇴. 새 이벤트 유형 선택 목록 값을 추가하면 이벤트 유형을 더 추가할 수 있습니다.
출생과 같은 일부 이벤트 유형은 평생에 한 번만 발생합니다. 사용자가 실수로 해당 이벤트 유형의 이벤트를 두 개 이상 생성하지 못하도록 하려면 이벤트 유형을 고유한 상태로 표시합니다. 필요하지 않은 이벤트 유형을 비활성화하거나 필요한 경우 비활성 이벤트 유형을 다시 활성화할 수도 있습니다.
개인 라이프 이벤트의 개체 관리 설정에서 필드 및 관계로 이동합니다.
이벤트 유형을 선택합니다.
이벤트 유형 선택 목록 값 아래에서 새로 만들기를 클릭한 다음, 새 이벤트 유형을 추가합니다.
변경 사항을 저장합니다.
활성 이벤트 유형을 비활성화하려면 비활성화할 값 옆에 있는 비활성화를 클릭합니다.
비활성 이벤트 유형을 활성화하려면 비활성 값에서 값 옆에 있는 활성화를 클릭합니다.
평생 이벤트를 캡처하려면 고유로 표시할 값 옆에 있는 편집을 클릭하고 고유에 대한 확인란을 선택합니다. 변경 사항을 저장합니다.
