Ge kriscenterrådgivare, frivilliga och chefer de behörighetsuppsättningar som behövs för att använda appen Hantering av kriscenter. Behörighetsuppsättningslicenser tilldelas som standard när du tilldelar behörighetsuppsättningar till användare.

I Inställningar, i rutan Snabbsökning, sök efter och välj sedan Behörighetsuppsättningar.
Välj behörighetsuppsättningen Supportcenterhanteringsapp för Health Cloud Crisis.
Klicka på Hantera tilldelningar, klicka på Lägg till tilldelningar, välj de användare du vill tilldela till behörighetsuppsättningen, klicka på Tilldela och klicka sedan på Klar.
Upprepa föregående steg för att tilldela användare till dessa behörighetsuppsättningar:
Health Cloud Foundation
Knowledge LSF-behörighetsuppsättning
OmniStudio-användare (om du ser två behörighetsuppsättningar för OmniStudio-användare, tilldela användare till dem båda)
