          My Care Requests-Utilization Management Provider

          Use the My Care Request-Utilization Management Provider dashboard to get insights into care requests and analyze the priority of care requests based on the due date. You can create a new care request from the dashboard.

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Health Cloud with the Revenue Intelligence for Health or CRM Analytics for Health Cloud add-on license.

          You can filter the care requests based on a specific duration, case owner, and health plan or payer. Use the charts in this dashboard to view:

          • The total count of care requests with status
          • The requests that need your immediate attention
          • The requests based on the number of days in the queue
          • The priority of the requests based on the due date and status

          Use the Care Request Details section to view the summary of all your care requests based on the filters applied, and quickly identify the requests that are due. You can click the case number or member name to view more details.
