De chronologische weergave, in combinatie met de grafiek met scorehistorie voor de component Scoredetails voor gecombineerde gezondheidsscores, geeft gebruikers inzicht in de manier waarop hun interventies van invloed zijn op de gezondheid van een patiënt of lid. Configureer deze weergave door een tijdlijn te maken voor het object Account met het object Actielogboek gezondheidsscore als het gerelateerde object.
