Show AI Accelerator Card on Lightning Experience Record Pages
Use the AI Accelerator Card, a dynamic component, to view prediction scores and get
recommendations on the next best action based on pre-configured AI models. This card integrates
predictive models and provides insightful descriptions tailored to specific use cases. After
your admin configures use cases on the AI Accelerator Setup page, define the fields for the
scorecard component in the Lightning App Builder.

To create and save pages in Lightning App Builder:
Customize Application
Open a record page of the primary response object selected in the AI Accelerator Setup
page.
Click , and
then select Edit Page.
In Lightning App Builder, drag the AI Accelerator Card component onto your preferred
location on the page.
The Einstein Predictions card appears on the page. Based on the use case definition
the card can either be Einstein Predictions & NBA Recommendations or Einstein
Predictions.
In the component’s configuration panel, perform these steps:
In the Title field, enter a custom title for the prediction
card.
In the Use Case Definition field, select the use case whose
predictions you want to embed in the page.
In the Use Case Model Name field, select the model that you
configured for your use case in the AI Accelerator Setup page.
If you configured multiple models for your use case, select the model that best
suits your requirements.
To define the score displayed on the card, select a Threshold
Score to set the limit and select a Threshold
Type to indicate whether to show scores greater or less than the
threshold value.
In the Strategy Source field, select the source of the
strategy that’s used to build the strategy.
In the Action Strategy field, select the strategy that you
want to show. The Action Strategy value is required to generate recommendations.

Set Component Visibility. Adds filter conditions and logic to the component
properties to enable Dynamic Lightning Pages.
Save your work, and then activate the page.
Users can view the predictions and NBA recommendations for the use case on the Lightning
Experience record page in real time.
Note The prediction card is customizable. You can choose
to display only the prediction and hide the Recommendations and Top Prediction Factors tabs
by editing the use case definition.
