Specify the Maximum Number of Insights, Suggestions, and Recommendations

Specify the maximum number of suggestions, insights, and recommendations that you want to generate for your use case. Specify a percentage to show only those suggestions that improve the prediction score greater than that percentage.

To define maximum insights, maximum suggestions, maximum recommendations, and suggestion impact percentage: Customize Application
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Industries Einstein, and then select AI Accelerator.
  2. Click Edit for your use case, and then go to the Use Case Definition section.
    Note
    Note The name and API name of autogenerated use cases aren’t editable. For use cases that you create, the API name of the use case isn’t editable. It’s auto-populated based on the use case’s name.
  3. In the Maximum Insights field, enter the maximum number of insights that you want the machine learning model to generate.
    You can enter any number from 0 to 3.
  4. In the Maximum Suggestions field, enter the maximum number of suggestions that you want the machine learning model to generate.
    You can enter any number from 0 to 10.
  5. In the Maximum Recommendations field, enter the maximum number of actionable recommendations that you want the Recommendation Source to generate.
    You can enter any number from 0 to 4. The Recommendation Source value is set to Next Best Action Flow and can’t be changed because Next Best Action Flow is the only supported recommendation source.
  6. In the Suggestion Impact Percentage field, enter the minimum eligible percentage for improving the prediction score based on suggestions.
    Suggestions that have an impact on the prediction score that’s greater than the specified percentage are filtered and shown on the scorecard.
  7. Save your changes.
