Enable AI Accelerator and Your Use Case

Enable AI Accelerator and the use case’s setting to create and configure use cases.

To enable AI Accelerator and the use case setting: Customize Application
Note
Note Before enabling AI Accelerator, make sure that you enable the CRM Analytics setting of the product that the use case is related to.
  1. Enable AI Accelerator:
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Industries Einstein, and then select AI Accelerator.
    2. Turn on AI Accelerator.
  2. Go to the Setup page of the use case and enable the use case’s setting.
    Enabling the use case’s setting creates a use case row in the AI Accelerator Setup page. You can customize the default configuration of your use case.

Example

A mobile service provider uses (OOTB) CRM templates to predict the likelihood of a customer switching to another service provider. The network provider’s Salesforce admin enables CRM for Comms, AI Accelerator, and Real-Time Churn Prediction in that sequence.
