- 打开 Flow Builder 并创建新流（自动启动的流审批流程或记录触发的流审批流程）。
- 将阶段元素添加到流，并包含批准人的批准步骤。
- 对于每个批准步骤，填写必填字段，包括批准链名称。
- 批准链名称应反映流程中该步骤或阶段的批准人列表。
