Slack notifications aren’t updated in real time when actions are taken in Salesforce or email. To see the latest status of the work item, open the record in Slack.
When an approval work item is completed, you can't review again regardless of the channel used.
Slack doesn’t show approval requests assigned to groups or queues.
Delegates don’t receive approval notifications in Slack.
