View Representation Relationships on the Portal

See who you represent and who represents you, and open representation details for related applications.

Required Editions

View supported product editions.
User Permissions Needed
To view representation lists and details: Authorized Representative Community Access for Public Sector, or Authorized Representative Access for Public Sector
  1. On the Benefit Assistance Portal site, from the portal navigation, select More, and then select Representation.
    The page lists who you represent and who represents you.
  2. On People I Represent, review the columns.
    The columns are Name, Representing Since, Purpose, Description, and Status. Each row ends with an unlabeled column that holds a Show actions menu.
  3. On People Representing Me, review the same columns for your authorized representatives.
  4. To open the representation details, select an entry in the Name column. You can also select Show actions and then select View Details.
    The page shows the applicant and a Phone field, with three tabs: Benefit Assignments, Applications, and Details.
  5. Open Benefit Assignments to review the benefits under this representation.
  6. Open Applications to review the related applications, and open Details for representation information.
