Configure Document Schema for Integrated Application

Create a document schema configuration that defines the fields and tables Unstructured Document Processing (UDP) extracts from the uploaded documents.

The document schema configuration defines the fields and tables that UDP extracts from the uploaded documents. For each field, enter a Name and an API Name.

Important

Use the schema configuration details and API names provided in this section only if you’re using the default Omniscripts. For custom solutions, define your own field names and configurations.

  1. From the App Launcher, find and open Process Content, and then select Document AI.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select Without a Source Object, select Create Manually, and then click Next.
  4. On the Fields tab, click Add Field.
  5. Enter these document schema name details.
    • Name: Head Of Household Details
    • API Name: IE_Head_Of_Household_Details
  6. Click Add.
  7. To extract and prefill data from a document to Omniscript fields, map the schema field names to the API names of the Omniscript fields.
    1. Open the Omniscript and then click the Set Values action.
    2. In the Household Application Omniscript, click the Set Multi Doc Upload Properties action.
      The action name may vary for each Omniscript where you need to change the mappings.
    3. Click Edit as JSON.
    4. Define the field mapping.

      Here's a sample mapping for the Household Application Omniscript:

  8. Repeat the steps to configure the document schema for the different stages. Define the fields you want to extract data from the uploaded documents.
    • Members
    • Income
    • Expenses
    • Assets
    • LIHEAP

    The API names of the default document schema should match the names in this table.
