Overview of Integrated Application Guided Flow
With the Integrated Application guided flow, applicants apply for public-assistance benefits such as SNAP and LIHEAP, check their eligibility, and complete a single application through guided Omniscripts.
With the Integrated Application guided flow, an applicant or their representative can apply for benefits (LIHEAP and SNAP), evaluate eligibility, and complete and send one application through guided Omniscripts. All intake questions are captured directly within the Omniscript steps, standalone assessment questions are not used.

Applicant Journey
The nine Omniscripts fit together as one flow. Read this list from top to bottom to understand the experience; the Integrated Application Guided Flow Components reference topic drills into each piece.
- Household Application — Indicates the main intake. Captures the head of household plus every household member's details, income, expenses, and assets by using the 4 capture sub-scripts listed below.
- Evaluate Benefits Eligibility — Runs the eligibility rules, shows which benefits the household qualifies for, and lets them adjust their selection.
- Program intake — Indicates LIHEAP and SNAP program-specific questions layered on top of the household data.
- Acknowledgement & Submission — the applicant signs and sends the application.
Capture OmniScripts (each collects one type of household member data): Household Member, Household Member Income, Household Member Expense, and Household Member Asset.

Public Sector (formerly Public Sector Solutions) includes these Omnistudio components for the Integrated Application guided flow. You can create and use custom Omnistudio components to capture additional applicant information.
