Create Provider Products and Benefit Products

Associate services with the providers that deliver them and the benefits that cover them.

Before you begin, complete the steps inCatalog & Pricing Setup Prerequisites.

Create Provider Product and Benefit Product records to associate services with the providers that deliver them and the benefits that cover them. Provider Product records can also define an effective period or exclude a provider from delivering a service.

  1. Create Provider Products
    1. From the App Launcher enter Provider Products and select it.
    2. Select New.
    3. Enter the Provider.
    4. Enter the Product.
    5. Enter a Start Date and Time.
    6. Enter a End Date and Time.
    7. Mark Excluded if the provider is prevented from delivering this service. (Optional)
    8. Select Save.
  2. Create Benefit Products
    1. From the App Launcher enter Benefit Products and select it.
    2. Select New.
    3. Enter the Product.
    4. Enter the Benefit.
    5. Mark Active. (Optional)
    6. Select Save.
