Import Service Attributes and Classifications

Import attributes and their supported values, organize the attributes into categories and classifications, and assign them to services.

1. From Setup, enter Catalog & Import Settings in Quick Find and select Catalog & Import Settings.
   1. Select Download CSV templates.
   2. Select Download from the Create Attributes template.
2. Repeat the steps for:
   1. Create Attribute Categories and Assign Attributes
   2. Create Product Classifications and Assign Attributes
   3. Create Products and Assign Attributes
   4. Create Catalogs, Categories, and Assign Products
3. Complete the templates.
4. Select Home.
   1. Select Upload Files.
   2. Select the CSV, Create_Attributes.csv.
5. Select Import Data.
6. From the dropdown menu next to Import, select Import Using DPE Template.
7. Select Open.
8. Select Done.
9. Select the Data Processing Engine Definition (DPE) BulkCreatePricebookEntriesFromCSV.
10. Select Start Import.
11. Select Okay.
12. From the dropdown menu next to Import, select Import Using DPE Template.
13. Repeat the steps to import the templates in this order:
    1. Create_AttributeCategories_Assign_Attributes.csv
    2. Create_ProductClassifications_Assign_Attributes.csv
    3. Create_AttributeCategories_Assign_Attributes.csv
    4. Create_Products_Assign_Attributes.csv
