Import Service Catalog Data

Use Catalog & Pricing templates to import your service catalog data. Import records in dependency order so that referenced records exist before records that depend on them.

• Create Provider Products and Benefit Products
  Associate services with the providers that deliver them and the benefits that cover them.
• Import Services as Products
  Import agency services as reusable Product records before importing catalog assignments, attributes, or rates that refer to them.
• Import Service Attributes and Classifications
  Import attributes and their supported values, organize the attributes into categories and classifications, and assign them to services.
• Import Service Fee Schedules and Rates
  Import standard or negotiated fee schedules as price books and associate services with rates by creating price book entries.
• Import Provider-Negotiated Service Rates
  Create a separate fee schedule for rates established by a provider contract or another negotiated arrangement.
