Import Service Fee Schedules and Rates
Import standard or negotiated fee schedules as price books and associate services with rates by creating price book entries.
Before you begin, complete the steps in Catalog & Pricing Setup Prerequisites.
Note Product selling models are optional in Product Catalog Management. Don’t create one
solely to import a basic service price unless another enabled pricing capability requires
it.

From Setup, enter Catalog & Import Settings in Quick Find
and select Catalog & Import Settings.
- Select Download CSV templates.
- Select Download from the Create Pricebooks and Pricebook Entries template.
- Complete the template.
- Select Home.
- Select Import Data.
- From the dropdown menu next to Import, select Import Using DPE Template.
- Select Upload Files.

Select the file you created earlier,
Create_Pricebook_And_Pricebook_Entries.csv. - Select Open.
- Select Done.
- Select the DPE Definition BulkCreatePricebookEntriesFromCSV.
- Select Start Import.
- Select Okay.
The fee schedule and service rates are available as a price book and price book entries. For a negotiated fee schedule, associate the price book with the applicable contract by using your supported contract-management process.
