Import Services as Products
Import agency services as reusable Product records before importing catalog assignments, attributes, or rates that refer to them.
Before you begin, complete the steps in Catalog & Pricing Setup Prerequisites.
Use a stable, unique Product Code as the service code. Enter a name and description that distinguish the service from similar services, and activate the Product only when the service is ready for use.
- From Setup, enter Catalog & Import Settings in Quick Find and select Catalog & Import Settings.
- Select Download CSV templates.
- Select Download from the Create Products and Assign Attributes template.

Complete the template and save it as
Create_Service_Records.csv - Select Home.
- Select Import Data.
- From the dropdown menu next to Import, select Import Using DPE Template.
- Select Upload Files.

Select the file you created earlier,
Create_Service_Records.csv. - Select Open.
- Select Done.
- Select the DPE Definition BulkCreatePricebookEntriesFromCSV.
- Select Start Import.
- Select Okay.
