| To create and activate flows: | Manage Flow |
A schedule-triggered flow invokes the Create Leads from Active Recruitment Postings autolaunched flow. This flow calls the Bulk Enqueue Postings to Generate Leads invocable action, which runs three subflows to create leads:
| Subflow | Description |
|---|---|
| Get Skills | Queries the posting to determine the required skills. For example, a posting for a software engineer role might require Java, Python, and C++. |
| Get Candidate Accounts | Uses the required skills to query person competency and person examination records to find matching candidates. |
| Create Candidate Lead Records | Creates a lead record for each matching candidate. |
For instructions, see Standard Lead Duplicate Rule.
For instructions, see Schedule-Triggered Flows.
The flow runs on your configured schedule, creating lead records for eligible applicants and linking each lead to its recruitment posting.
