Enable users, such as investigators, caseworkers, and employees to quickly find files
stored in Amazon S3 using natural language. Set up an agent to streamline file searches and
provide instant access to PDFs, images, audio, and video associated with records.
From Setup, create a permission set for users who need the External Storage Semantic
Search agent.
In the permission set, select Agent Access.
Click Edit.
Add the External Storage Search agent to the enabled agents.
Save the permission set.
Assign the permission set to the appropriate users.
Note Users must also have access to the Salesforce records and files included in their
searches. Agent access doesn't override record-level or file-level access.
