          Recruitment Flows in Public Sector

          Recruitment Flows in Public Sector

Three prebuilt recruitment flows are available in your org after you complete the prerequisites. Clone and customize them for other objects.

To customize a flow, clone it, make your changes, and activate the cloned version. For example, you can change the object from Recruitment Requisition to another Talent Recruitment Management object, such as Application Form. After you activate the cloned flow, create a quick action to launch it.

If the recruitment flows aren't visible in your org, ensure you've completed the Recruitment Slack Collaboration Prerequisites, including steps 2 and 3 in Set Up Salesforce Channels in Your Org.

          Create Recruitment Requisition Slack Channel

Creates a Slack channel for a recruitment requisition record.

Add Participants to Recruitment Requisition Slack Channel

Salesforce adds a user to the Slack channel when someone creates or updates the recruitment requisition record.

Add User Collection to Recruitment Requisition Slack Channel

Adds Salesforce users who are record participants to the Slack channel associated with the record. Validates the Slack channel and user IDs before adding the participants.
