Note
Note Tax and Revenue Management for Agentforce Public Sector is an add-on to Agentforuce Public Sector. Your org also requires Data 360, Agentforce, and Experience Cloud. Contact your Salesforce account executive for license details.

Tax and Revenue Management for Agentforce Public Sector brings together three components that work as a system to modernize taxpayer services.

Taxpayer 360 Data Model
A set of Data 360 data model objects (DMOs) that represent every entity in the tax lifecycle, including tax types, accounts, filings, payments, assessments, and supporting documents. Ingest tax data from your systems into these DMOs to build a unified, query-ready taxpayer profile. For more developer reference and setup, see Tax and Revenue Data Model Reference in the Agentforce Public Sector Data Model Gallery and Tax and Revenue Management in the Agentforce Public Sector Developer Guide.
Self-Service Taxpayer Portal
An Experience Cloud site built on the Public Sector Tax and Revenue Portal template. Authenticated taxpayers log in and review their own filing history, account balances, payments, refund status, and an AI-generated summary of their tax profile. The portal queries Data 360 and enforces row-level identity isolation so each taxpayer sees only their own records.

  • Taxpayer Portal Data Providers and Expressions
Reference for the TaxpayerProfile and TaxpayerActivity data providers and related platform expressions. Data providers and expressions supply the live taxpayer data to Tax Center components in the Taxpayer portal.
