The service processes that you want to configure eligibility rules for are listed as
products in Product Catalog Management. Add the service process products to a service catalog, and
then define eligibility rules to determine how and for whom the service processes are
visible.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer
Editions.
User Permissions Needed
To create a catalog:
Product Catalog Management Designer
Create service process definitions from the Remote Door Lock and Unlock and Remote
Notifications and Alerts templates. For Remote Ignition Control, create a service process
definition. Relate an active Omniscript to each service process definition as a request form,
and activate the definitions.
From the App Launcher, find and select Product Catalog
Management.
From the Product Catalog Management app’s home page, click
Products.
In the All Products list view page, verify that Remote Door Lock and
Unlock, Remote Ignition Control, and Remote
Notifications and Alertsservice processes are listed as products.
Click Catalogs.
On the catalogs list view page, click New.
Enter these field values.
Enter ServiceProcessesProductsCatalog as the name.
Enter A catalog containing a suite of service process products as
the description.
Select Service Process as the catalog type.
Save your changes.
