Remote Door Lock and Unlock for Vehicles
Help customer service representatives lock and unlock vehicle doors remotely in real time. Set up a service process for the remote door lock and unlock action and add the process as an action in the Action Launcher. Work with your integration team to get the latest status of all doors in a vehicle, and send an external request to remotely change the vehicle door status during an emergency. Customer service representatives can help drivers when they’re locked out of their vehicles, when the doors malfunction, or when they’re in an accident.
Configure integration definitions, flow orchestrations, and Omnistudio components to help the service representatives quickly launch the action. Customize the remote action configuration to extend it for other business requirements.
