Create Attribute Picklists for Vehicle and Asset Lending
Create an attribute picklist and its related values for product attributes of data type
Picklist. For example, loan term or lease term is a picklist-type attribute with possible values
of 12 months, 24 months, or 48 months. The attribute values you specify are displayed as options
to a customer or an agent and also used to calculate the offers during the application intake
process.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer
Editions.
User Permissions Needed
To create attribute picklists:
Product Catalog Management Designer permission set
From the App Launcher select Product Catalog Management, then click
Attribute Picklists.
On the attribute picklists list view page, click New.
Enter name as LoanTerm.
Select status as Active.
Select data type as Text.
Save your changes.
Open the LoanTerm record.
Click the Related tab.
On the Attribute Picklist Values section, click New.
Enter these values.
Name: 12 months
Status: Active
Code: 12
Display Value: 12
Sequence: 1
Save your changes.
Repeat the steps 10-11 to create additional values such as 24
months, 36 months, or 48
months in corresponding sequence.
