            Map Form Stages to Form Product Stages for Vehicle and Asset Lending

            Create a decision matrix to map the Stage field on an Application Form Product record to the Stage field on an Application Form record. The application form product's stages are sub-stages of the related application form's stages. For example, the Contract Generation, Contract In Review, Awaiting Signature, and Signature Complete stages of an application form product are all mapped to the Closing stage of an application form.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create a decision matrix: Rule Designer Admin permission set

            Enable Business Rules Engine in your org.

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Lookup Tables.
            2. Click New.
            3. Select Decision Matrix, and then click Next.
            4. Enter a name.
              For example, enter AFPStage_To_AFStage as the name.
            5. Select Standard as the type.
            6. Save your changes.
            7. Go to the Related tab.
            8. On the Decision Matrix Versions tab, select the AFPStage_To_AFStage V1 version.
            9. Click Add Column and provide these values.
              1. For Column Header, enter ApplicationFormProductStage.
              2. For Header Type, select Input.
              3. For Data Type, select Text.
            10. Click Add Column and provide these values.
              1. For Column Header, enter ApplicationFormStage.
              2. For Header Type, select Output.
              3. For Data Type, select Text.
            11. Click Done.
            12. Save your changes.
            13. Click Add Row.
            14. Enter the details as provided in the table.

            15. Save your changes.
            16. Click Activate.
