Use Omni-Channel to route work items to queues, agents, and skills on supported
channels for the Automotive objects. Efficiently manage your service reps and their workload by
using different ways to route work for automotive lending services. Configure and assign
presence statuses to profiles as required.

Editions
Make sure to enable the following features to use this feature.
Setup> Feature Settings>Automotive
Setup> Feature Settings>Lending>Vehicle and Asset Lending
Before you enable the features as an admin, make sure you clone the Vehicle and Asset Lending
permission set, enable the Digital Lending Admin User system permission, and assign the cloned
permission set to yourself. You must also have the System Administrator profile.
