          Prepare Your Org

          Before you get started with Agentforce Asset Finance Management, configure your org with the required licenses, prepare your data records and set up required features to use this agent.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.

          Make sure your org is provisioned with these licenses.

          • AutomotiveFoundationAddOn
          • EinsteinForAutomotiveAddOn
          • UniversalCreditMetering
          • AgentforceEmployeeAgentAddOn

          Make sure these features are enabled.

          • Setup> Feature Settings> Automotive Settings> Automotive
          • Setup> Feature Settings> Automotive Generative AI
          • Setup> Feature Settings> Automotive Generative AI> Automotive Agents
          • Setup> Feature Settings> Vehicle and Asset Finance

          For details about the customer data and Salesforce objects used in the template's actions, see Agents and Data Usage.

          1. Enable person accounts.
          2. Connect your salesforce and mulesoft instances and enable integrations.

            For more details about Mulesoft direct integrations, refer Get Started with MuleSoft Direct Integrations.

          3. Get API credentials from the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
            1. Log in to your MuleSoft Anypoint Platform account.
            2. From the navigation menu, select Exchange.
              Make sure your business group is the same as the one you used to enable integrations in step 2.
            3. Go to My Applications.
            4. Search for your application using the org ID available on the Salesforce Setup page.
            5. Go to your application and access the Client ID and Client Secret.
          4. Create Integration Definitions with these apex classes.

          5. Configure your company logo for customer emails.
            1. Click your Avatar in the top right-hand side of the screen.
            2. Select Switch to Salesforce Classic.
            3. On the Documents tab, click New.
              If the documents tab is not visible, click the + icon on the tabs bar and select Documents.
            4. Enter a name for the document.
            5. Select Externally Available Image.
            6. Select a storage folder.
            7. Click Choose File and upload your image.
            8. Click Save.
            9. On the Documents tab, open your uploaded image.
            10. Right click on the image and select Copy Image Address.
          6. Update the flows within the agent actions to update the image URL.
            1. Clone the Send Email On Payment Terms Modification and Update Case Related to Service Catalog Request flows.
            2. Paste the copied image URL from step 5. in the HeaderImageUrl constant in these flows.
          7. Clone and update the flow orchestrators Process Payment Deferral Request and Process Payment Due Date Modification Request with the updated flows from step 6.
          8. Set up the service processes.
            1. From Setup, in the quick find box, find and select Service Process Studio.
            2. Click New Service Process.
            3. Click Create from Template.
            4. Select Payment Deferral or Payment Due Date Modification.
            5. Click Save and Launch.
            6. Enter a process name and unique API name.
            7. Update the short and long description.
            8. Save your changes.
          9. Update the page layouts with the Source System ID field.
            1. In Setup click Object Manager.
            2. In the search box, enter and select Financial Account.
            3. Click Page Layouts and select Financial Account Layout.
            4. In the Quick Find box, enter Source System ID.
            5. Drag the Source System ID field to the Information pane.
            6. Save your changes.
            7. From the App Launcher, select Finance Console for Automotive.
            8. From the Finance Console for Automotive app menu, click Financial Accounts.
            9. Select a Financial Account.
            10. Update the Source System ID field with your core banking system ID.
