- Admins must set up the pick-list values for Sales and Service in the Seller Role field in the Seller Product object used by this subagent.
- Each account record must have separate Business Profile and Service Territory records.
- Users must create two active work type groups for Vehicle Service and Test Drive with specified categories.
- The Seller Product must have active records. Customers can add validations for the Start Date and End Date fields on this object if required.
- The Street, City, Country, and Pincode fields in the service territory address must be populated. The Service Territory Address field should be selected as Relative Location field in the distance criteria.
- In the Criteria-Based Search and Filter search configuration created for the Dealer Vehicle Definition Searchable Field object, the following fields should be selected as the criteria fields: Account ID, Make Name, Model Name, Seller Role, Test Drive, Vehicle Definition, and Vehicle Service Type.
