            Create an Agent from an Agentforce Industries Customer Engagement Template

            Use the Industries Customer Engagement agent template to quickly build an agent that autonomously handles the lifecycle of vehicles and related operations.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.
            1. Set up Einstein generative AI to get access to powerful generative AI features.
            2. Enable Agentforce.
            3. Create an Agent by using the Industries Customer Engagement template and configure the settings according to your needs.
            Note
            Note Industries Customer Engagement agent template and subagents are available only in the Legacy Agentforce Builder.
