            Configure User Permissions for Industries Customer Engagement

            Assign the required permissions to users for enabling the Industries Customer Engagement agent.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign permission sets:

            Assign Permission Sets

            AND

            View Setup and Configuration
            Assign permission set licenses.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            2. Select a user.
            3. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
            4. Under Available Permission Sets, select Automotive Foundation User, Einstein for Automotive, Automotive Scheduler, Criteria-Based Search and Filter, Omnistudio Admin, Vehicle and Asset Finance Foundation permission sets, and then click Add.
            5. Save your changes.
