          Configure User Permissions for Automotive Sales Concierge for Partners

          Assign the required permissions to users for enabling the Automotive Sales Concierge for Partners agent.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.
          User Permissions Needed
          To assign permission sets:

          Assign Permission Sets

          AND

          View Setup and Configuration

          1. Assign permission set licenses.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            2. Select a user.
            3. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
            4. Under Available Permission Sets, select Automotive Foundation for Experience Cloud, Automotive Scheduler for Experience Cloud, Criteria Based Search and Filter for Experience Cloud, Data Pipelines Base User, CRM Analytics Plus Admin, Prompt Template User permission sets, and then click Add.
            5. Save your changes.
          2. Assign object permissions.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
            2. Select the partner user profile that you're editing, and click Edit.
            3. Note
              Note While these configurations are required for a new org, ensure you modify them for established orgs based on the specific objects and fields introduced by existing licenses.
              Under Standard Object Permissions, locate these objects and assign the following access.
            Object Access
            Price Book Read
            Vehicle Definition Searchable Field Read
            Dealer Product Searchable Field Read
            Opportunity Create, Read, Update
            Quote Create, Read, Update, Delete
            Appointment Topic Time Slots Read
            Work Type Read
            Work Type Group Read
            Service Appointment Create, Read, Update
            Service Territories Read
          3. Configure field-level security.
            1. In Setup, go to Object Manager.
            2. In the Quick Find box, enter the name of the object, and then select the object.
            3. Select Fields & Relationships.
            4. Select Type, and click Set Field-Level Security.
            5. Note
              Note While these configurations are required for a new org, ensure you modify them for established orgs based on the specific objects and fields introduced by existing licenses.
              Select Visible and deselect Read-Only for the profiles for the following fields on the following objects and save your changes.
