Considerations for Automotive Sales Concierge for Customers

Language and Locale Support
The agent supports English (United States), en_US.
Large Language Model Support
Agent actions can make calls to other predefined LLMs. Bringing your own model isn't supported, but custom actions that execute prompt templates can use any Salesforce-managed model. For more information, see Supported Large Language Models.
Einstein Trust Layer Service Support
The agent supports the Trust Layer services supported by the Agentforce Service Agent type.
Billing Considerations for Agentforce
The subagents and actions for Automotive Sales Concierge for Customers are based on the Agentforce Service Agent type. Agentforce Service agents use generative AI to prompt executions and use Data Cloud to ingest, store, and process data. Use of Agentforce Service agents impacts the consumption of billing credits in these usage types. Before deployment, work with your Salesforce account team to confirm license availability and plan credit usage. Limitations
- This agent works for only logged-in Customer Community Plus users. Set up Messaging for In-App and Web with credential-based user verification. For the channel, routing, and site-embed steps, see Deploy Automotive Sales Concierge for Partners to Experience Cloud Site, and adapt them for Customer Community Plus users.
- This agent requires the Industries: Sales Concierge For Experience Cloud org permission.
- Install and activate the Sales Concierge service process template, and clone the Sales Concierge flows, before customers can raise requests for quotes, appraisals, test rides, and complaints.
- When displaying results or generating opportunities, the Search Related Product And Parts agent action uses a fixed, default quantity. Configuring quantity selection by the user isn't supported.
