How Customers Use the Agent
Customers interact with the agent from an authenticated Experience Cloud site. The agent
helps customers:
Search for vehicles, parts, and accessories that meet their needs.
Submit interest and request quotes.
Book test rides.
Log complaints or make inquiries.
Capture trade-in appraisal requests.
How Customer Requests Are Fulfilled
Create the Agentforce Service agent from the Automotive Sales Concierge for CC Plus
template. Add the Automotive Sales Concierge For CC Plus topic so the agent can understand
customer requests and run automotive actions. The agent is backed by a Unified Catalog–based
Sales Concierge service process that registers customer requests and creates cases for
quote, appraisal, and test drive appointment requests. Service reps can review the request
attributes on the case record.
How This Agent Differs from Other Sales Concierge Agents
Automotive Sales Concierge for Customers is designed for logged-in Customer Community Plus
users. Automotive Sales Concierge for Partners supports dealership and original equipment
manufacturer partner users, and Automotive Sales Concierge supports employee users. Each
agent uses setup, permissions, and sharing appropriate for its audience.
