휴일을 만들어 서비스 영역이 운영되지 않는 일수를 나타냅니다. 예를 들어 미국 내 모든 딜러 쇼룸 및 서비스 센터는 7월 4일에 운영하지 않습니다. 영역 관리자는 이 휴일을 모든 해당 서비스 영역에 연결하여 이 날의 시승 및 차량 서비스 예약을 방지할 수 있습니다. 계획된 휴일과 계획되지 않은 휴일을 모두 만들 수 있습니다.

휴일 만들기:
업무 시간/휴일 관리
설정에서 빠른 찾기 상자에 휴일을 입력한 다음, 휴일을 선택합니다.
새로 만들기를 클릭합니다.
7월 4일과 같이 휴일의 이름을 입력합니다.
설명을 입력합니다.
날짜를 선택합니다.
휴일이 하루에 해당하는 경우 종일을 선택합니다.
휴일이 시간 기반인 경우 종일을 선택 취소한 다음, 휴일의 시작 시간과 종료 시간을 입력합니다.
Salesforce Scheduler는 반복 휴일을 지원하지 않으므로 반복 휴일을 선택 취소합니다.
저장을 클릭합니다.
휴일 페이지에서 경과된 휴일 이름 옆에 있는 복제를 클릭하여 만료된 휴일을 복제할 수도 있습니다.
