Configure Service Process Studio in Automotive Cloud
Use Service Process Studio to create a process for your customer service operations.
Customer service representative (CSRs) can launch a service process to work on customer service
operations through their entire lifecycle, from request intake to fulfillment.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer
Editions.
A service process helps you organize multiple actions or tasks right from request intake to
request fulfillment. You can associate an Action Launcher deployment for an active service
process. If you’ve added the Action Launcher component to the Vehicle, Asset, or Account pages,
or to the service console for Automotive app, service agents can launch this process from the
Action Launcher.
For detailed set up and configuration steps, see Service Process Studio in the Industries Common Features
Guide.
