Create Service Catalog Request Action
This dynamic action creates or updates a service catalog request for a specific service process.
Required Editions
Select the Action
In Flow Builder, add an Action element to your flow. In the New Action window, search for Service Catalog Request, and then select Create Service Catalog Request.
Set Input Values
Use values from earlier in the flow to set the inputs for the action.

| Context Attributes | Context attributes that contain the service process request details. |
| Product Attributes | Product attributes that contain the service process request details. |
| Created From Record | The ID of the source record to associate with the service catalog request. |
| Submit Service Process Request | Required. An Apex SvcProcess_ServiceProcessDefinitionRequest record
that contains the service process request details. |
| Process Type ID | For Unified Catalog updates, the ID of the existing service request. When you provide an ID, the action updates the request instead of creating a request. |
| Allows Update | For Unified Catalog updates, indicates whether the action is in update mode. Set the value to true only when you provide a process type ID. Otherwise, the action rejects the request. |

request that was created. Available only when using Unified Catalog. |
Limitations
The action rejects an update when only Process Type ID or Allows Update is set. Provide both values to update a request.
