View and manage customer billing information from a single page. Track billing
transactions, generate and preview invoices, suspend and resume billing, create credit memos,
and resolve billing inquiries. Get a complete view of the customer's billing status by accessing
key billing actions, account details, and related account records.
If you've started using Billing from Summer ’25 or a later release, turn on Timeline and
then turn on Billing.
If you were already using Billing before Summer ’25, turn off Billing, turn on Timeline,
and then turn on Billing again.
From the App Launcher, find and select Billing. From the navigation
bar, click Account. Open any Account record to view all the required
details.
Account Details and Summary
Gain valuable insights about a customer account from these sections.
Customer Details: View and edit customer information such as account name, account
owner, and billing address.
Unpaid Bills: View the account’s invoice status and prioritize collections by using
aging analytics information.
Account Summary: View the account's net pending balance with totals for invoices,
overdue amounts, and overall balance.
Account Billing History and Overview
Manage billing account interactions and account's related records with these details.
Timeline: Shows a sequential view of billing transactions and engagement activities
related to the account. Filter the timeline to view account activity based on date range
and event type.
Tabs: The various tabs show the account's billing details and related records. Access
billing profiles, invoices, payments, credit memos, and all records associated with the
customer's account in just a few clicks.
Quick Actions
Generate invoices, suspend and resume billing, create credit memos, and preview invoices
from the account’s customer details section. From the billing profile section, create
billing profiles.
You can view and create tasks, emails, and events, and log a call. Filter activities by
date range, sort them by newest or oldest, and choose to show all activities or only the
billing-related ones.
