Account statements consolidate billing activity for accounts over a time period so customers see transactions and outstanding balances in one statement.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Revenue Cloud Billing license. Contact your Salesforce account executive for more information.

Use account statements to give customers a complete overview of their transactions and what they owe. You can generate a statement from an account record, review how amounts appear on the PDF, or integrate generation by using APIs and flows.

Generate an Account Statement
Use the Generate Account Statement quick action on an account to produce a PDF statement without leaving the page.
Generate Account Statements by Using APIs
Use the Generate Account Statement REST API to integrate Statement of Account PDF generation with external systems, custom apps, and automated jobs.
Generated Statement Details
The generated account statement PDF groups billing data into an account summary, transaction history, and balance due. The statement period filters transaction history, while summary and balance due reflect balances as of generation time.
