Account statements provide a consolidated view of all billing activity for an account
during a specified time period. Use account statements to give customers a complete overview of
their transactions and outstanding balances in a single, easy-to-read statement.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and
Developer Editions with the Revenue Cloud Billing license. Contact your Salesforce account
executive for more information.
Billing provides a preconfigured Statement of Account document template, which is configured
as the default template. Generate statements by using Generate Account Statement API or the Statement of
Account action in screen flows.
The generated statement of account includes all relevant billing transactions within the
selected period, such as invoices, payments, refunds, credit memos, and debit memos. In
addition to the transaction details, the statement includes an account summary that shows the
current outstanding balances for the primary account and any related accounts included in the
statement.
Note If the accounts use different currencies, the balances are converted to the currency of
the primary account.
