Decision Table Asynchronous Events

Trigger actions when decision table operations like Activation, Refresh, or CSV uploads complete asynchronously.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions for clouds that have Business Rules Engine enabled

Decision table actions such as activation, refresh, CSV upload, and CSV download trigger events once they are completed in DecisionTableActionEvent. You can trigger actions either by using a platform-event triggered flow or by Apex triggers.

Here are the status values for each decision table action event.

Action Status Values
Activation Completed, Failed
Refresh Completed, Failed
CSV Upload Completed, CompletedWithErrors, Failed
CSV Download Completed, Failed
