            Create Health Cloud Accounts

            Before you set up Business Rules Engine features with Health Cloud, create a few accounts with sample data that you can use when you configure the scenario.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions for clouds that have Business Rules Engine enabled

            Create a healthcare provider Payer account with these details. The Payer account type represents the healthcare providers.

            1. From the App Launcher (App Launcher), find and select Accounts.
            2. Click New.
            3. Select the Payer account type.
            4. Add these details.
              • Account Name: Cigna International
              • Phone: +1 868 7899 9090
              • Fax: +1 868 7899 9999
              • Website: https://www.cigna.com
              • Employees: 5000
              • Industry: Healthcare
              • Annual Revenue: 300000000000
              • Billing City: New Jersey
              • Billing Zip/Postal Code: 70854
              • Billing State/Province: New Jersey
              • Billing Country: United States
              • Shipping City: New Jersey
              • Shipping Zip/Postal Code: 78656
              • Shipping State/Province: New Jersey
              • Shipping Country: United States
            5. Save your changes.
            6. Similarly, create two Person accounts for Victor Kent and Steve Smith with these details. A person account record combines an account and a contact to represent a person without the need to relate that person to an organization.
