Run Health Care Prior Authorization Check Scenario

Run the Health Care Prior Authorization Check flow to execute the Prior Authorization scenario and experience how Business Rules Engine performs calculations and provides the results.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions for clouds that have Business Rules Engine enabled
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
  2. Click Health Care Prior Authorization Check.
  3. Click Run.
  4. Enter these healthcare details.
    1. Enter 675858989 as the member number.
    2. Select [Current Date] as the date of service.
    3. Enter Active as the member plan type.
    4. Enter these service codes.
      Service Code Number Service Code
      Service Code 1 CPT23456
      Service Code 2 CPT23457
      Service Code 3 CPT23458
      Service Code 4 CPT23459
  5. Click Next.
  6. For CPT23456, the health care administrative request is approved. Click Next. Prior Authorization Check output for the entered service code.
  7. Similarly for CPT23457 and CPT23458 the health care administrative request is approved, and for CPT23459, the health care administrative approval isn't required.
