Compliance
officers can activate a published compliance policy version on its effective date and ensure
adherence to updated regulations. Activating the policy version also activates the associated
policy clause versions, ensuring that all relevant policy updates and clauses are enforced from
the specified date.
Note You can't activate a compliance policy version if an active
compliance policy clause version is mapped to it. To activate the policy version, retire the
active clause version and then activate the published policy version. Similarly, a compliance
policy clause can only have one active compliance policy clause version associated at a
time.
From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance
Navigator.
From the navigation bar, select Compliance Policy Versions.
Open the required compliance policy version record page.
Edit the status field and then select Activate.
The option to activate a compliance policy version appears after you publish it. Similarly,
you can activate a compliance policy clause version it's published.
Save your changes.
