Map a Compliance Control Version to an Asset

To improve traceability of assets governed by regulations, laws and internal policies, compliance officers link assets to the relevant compliance control versions.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: All Industry Clouds, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud View editions availability.
User Permissions Needed
To configure Process Compliance Navigator: Compliance Admin permission set
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
  2. From the navigation bar, select Compliance Policy Clause Versions.
  3. Open the required compliance control version record page and go to the Assets Compliance Control Versions related list.
  4. Click New.
  5. Select the asset that you want to map the compliance control version with.
  6. Save your changes.

After reviewing the compliance control version, the compliance officer activates it when the effective date approaches.
